I take feosol 65/325. I ststred daily. Taken with high dose VitC. Take B12 @ night. That combo helped absorb the iron. Tested 2 months later, levels going up. Started to feel better then too. I now take iron every other day. My iron is in the low normal range. I'm about 6 mo ths in from the start & I was extremely low. Borderline e non existing iron (possibly needed transfusions).

How much vitamin C did you take?

Took iron and vit B12. It took my blood results more than 3 months to become sort of normal
