Jaw Popping - Is it an EDS thing?

I'm not sure if this is an EDS thing, but does anyone else have this thing where whenever you chew some things your jaw pops like a lot? it's not painful, it can just be annoying sometimes

That's like one of the most EDS things. For me it can get really painful. Was eating popcorn earlier and my jaw was popping more than the corn

I’ve been getting this too! My neurologist said it’s probably tmj and has been giving me Botox injections in my mastoid muscle when she does my migraine Botox and it’s helped a lot! It also has made me stop grinding my teeth

I have this as well, but I think mine's caused by clenching my jaw. When I was a kid I used to bounce my lower jaw up and down to focus, but my mom made fun of me for it a lot. I eventually learned how to stop, but it caused me to clench my jaw all the time
