Joint and Bone Pain at 20 Years Old - What to Expect?

does anyone else have joint and bone pain? if do what should I expect getting this at only 20 years old? is there any way to fix this or reduce my pain?

I think you can get joint pain at anytime lord it doesn’t have an age when you are in serious pain trust me 🙏

I do, physical therapy helped a lot. I also take Meloxicam, which is just a higher ibuprofen. Talk to your doctor(s) and see if you can get a referral for physical therapy or medication for your pain.

Yes vitamins and learn all you can about your body. If your having leg cramps then take magnesium. Drink water as much as you can stand. I've been drinking alkaline water. Stop all fake sweetners. Exercise. If its just walking. Alcohol makes it worse.

Yes make sure you're getting your vitamin D and you're not low on iron and the alkaline water I've been drinking also and if you can't sleep try magnesium and melatonin
