Sorry for chatting so late. But once I am up I can't go back to bed and sleep so I do a lot of games on my phone and do some spiritual studying. My Fibromyalgia flare up so bad on Sunday that I didn't sleep, so when that happened I use a heating pad I don't take any pain medication for nothing helps. I understand that there are many things that can help when it flares up again. Maybe you sure if you thing it will help to speck to your PCD or maybe a pain mangerment Dr. I hope this helps. Bossy.

I don’t use any meds either. I’ve researched all of them and they’re all horrible. I’m trying to find natural ways to deal with the pain

I only take over the counter medication for it. I have had to used my hand braces just about every night. I’m not sure if this flare is due to the weather or not. The weather has been a bit crazy. I don’t usually get it in all of my joints but from my toes to my neck this time.

I know it's hard dealing with pain. Like you in pain all the time, sometimes mild and others times so bad that I began to cry which helps at time. For me just drinking something hot and the heating pad works for me and praying for comfort. Have a good pain free night and sleep 😴

Oh yes, when the weather changes, barometric pressure can catch up with you. Sending hope and prayers your way
