I started ketamine for depression, a little more than two years ago and it has honestly changed my life for the better! I have been diagnosed w/ MDD, anxiety, OCD and eating disorder. I have tried multiple meds and most gave me countless side effects (some were worse than the depression itself). For me, results came incredibly quick. I decided to take my first dose @ nighttime (the initial “trip” was a bit altering), but next day I felt a little “outside myself”- not in a bad way, necessarily), but I felt renewed and the sunshine felt like the warmest hug, drenched in honey… I also suffer from permanent intractable pain, and helped my pain the first few days, but that unfortunately wore off. My doctor has since increased my initial dosage and I feel far more able to think clearer and able to catch those certain behaviours before they trigger me too far. I am able to “retrain” my brain and behaviours. My family noticed a total shift in my attitude. Any questions, I am here. Good luck and blessings

I wish you luck and prayers.. it was a God send for me personally. I had a delay in my receiving my ketamine troches for a few days and I was “reminded” of how I felt without it. It was scary to fear going ‘back’ to that old depressed state. Luckily I found a doc who takes my insurance who Rxs it, although my insurance does not cover the medication, I am thankful I am able to afford it. I take the sublingual form called “troches” but I want to try the IV

I take spravto which is a kettamine based drug that they made in to a nasal spray so you don't have to do iv injection but you still have to do the treatment at the Dr Office the first place I went to had me on it twice a week 84mg Twice a week the new place will only let you come once a week you have to stay at the Dr Offices for 2 hours each time you go a nurse checks on you and your blood pressure is taken when you get there once in the middle and once before you leave it really helps with depression alot also it helps with grains to but the coolest part for me besides being able to get high for two and not get in trouble LOL that I have seizures not caused by epilepsy and ones starting the kettamine the prettyich went away only they very rarely and I use to have them every day. Anyway if do go get the treatment please do se check on the Dr or np who gives it to you I had my first Dr office shut down because Dr was doing shoddy stuff Sorry to on on.

OMG!! I also started to have @mysterious” seizures and since K, I rarely have them and when I do, they are not nearly as debilitating. I also suffered from a very bad hypersomnia for 8 years (longest I slept was 13 days, only using the loo 1-2x/day and usually eating something small every 2-3 days), and I have rarely had an episode since and never more than a day or two.
