Ketamine 100% believer . I was scared for 4 years of docs suggesting and finally after all the meds I’ve tried over the past two decades this was one of my last hopes. I tried it and the first infusion was the most relief I’ve felt since literally ever in my life. In tears relief. Please keep in mind it is a very intense experience but if you just trust it and let yourself go it is incredible. I have some favorite ketamine infusion playlists on Spotify that help, and sunglasses. Anyway When it was over and I came out of it it was like hitting the pavement from a high rise back in this prison of a body devistating pain but the next week was even more relieving and less traumatic coming out. Long story short I was unable to complete the 8 week protocol (1x/wk-3-4 hour sessions) and was only able to have 3 sessions when my insurance decided to stop covering it. I was so upset and deflated because this was the first thing that had actually helped me in over 20 years. If you do decide to move forward with the K infusions I encourage you to make sure your insurance covers it and that you research it thoroughly before you decide to start. And one with you start make sure that you complete the protocol. I felt the beginnings of miraculous healing and finally some semblance of hope … I’d be happy to talk more with you about it but when it comes down to brass tacks, I’m a huge advocate of ketamine infusion therapy for chronic pain as well as depression and anxiety/general mental health Sending healing vibrations strength courage and clarity xo -M

I currently do both 🥰 I have bilateral scs and am receiving ketamine infusions every other week through my pain specialist. I started out doing ketamine awake and now I am asleep because I transferred to a clinic that offers it due to the high dose I am at. As stated above it is a very intense experience and having support is so important. Sunglasses and some good music are the best during treatment. There are some great ones on YouTube too. Insurance is beginning to pick up the cost so check around. I know after years of excruciating pain being able to move again was amazing 🤩 best of luck in your journey as it is a lifesaver for mental health too-B

I do yearly ketamine treatments, and it takes 90% of my symptoms and pain away for 8-12 months. its a very difficult treatment though.
