100 mg worked the best for me

Lots of people are on 200. From what I've been told by a couple of psychiatrists is that 200 in the point it becomes a good therapeutic dose. But some people are on doses up to 300mg, so definitely talk with your provider about how they want to go about increasing it for you.

Everyone is different though, so just see uow you react and don't worry about having a goal of getting to a certain dose. Just be consciously paying attention to the effects when you are taking it and when you increase your dose and you'll be able to collaborate with your provider on best next steps
