I took that but found out I was allergic. So I'd say if you think you are not reacting to it the right way definitely switch

I take it once in the morning, and my psychiatrist told me that most people take it at night because it can make people tired, so I find your experience really interesting.

I take it for bipolar. It definitely helped my mood but hasn't helped my sleep much. Although my doctor came to the conclusion I just naturally don't need a lot of sleep and I think he might be right
