Yeah but it doesn't really calm me down lol...but it helps when I'm trying to fall asleep

I do! I used to take lavender oil supplements that helped take some of the edge off my anxiety. Lavender essential oils I really like not because they’re super amazing at calming me but because it helps me stay grounded to be able to smell smells that I like so having some on my body or even under my nose when I’m anxious I find to be helpful

i don't use oils but i have a cream with lavender and vanilla that really calms me down i use it at night to relax and fall asleep, or sometimes just smelling it lol it's really soothing

Pro tip for cat owners (you can't use diffusers with cats, it's toxic) -- look into scented wax melts 😊 I've just discovered it recently

I’m not a fan of lavender so I use bergamot which is known to be calming as well.
