Does anyone else have leg pain? My knees kill most of the time and then my thighs and calf muscles hurt too. Generally it’s a daily thing

I have lots of leg pain daily. I have a lot of issue with blood pooling in my legs so anything I can do to get that blood out of my legs and back to my lungs/heart/head the better it feels. Compression garments help, siting with legs up a wall while laying on the floor, having someone massage your legs if tolerable. I also potentially have Ehlers danlos but won’t be seeing someone until January for a diagnosis. So could also be related to that.

Yes, I go into flares where it really hurts behind my knees and on my feet. I’m new to POTS, so I don’t have compression stockings yet, but those are supposed to help. I want to buy some soon.

Strength training and stretching. Every doctor I see has said both of these are far more important than compression socks. The muscles and body need to stay conditioned, even if it's just sitting down and stretching your arms over your head, and stretching your legs out and up. Don't over do it, but don't just sit around doing nothing.
