I didn't get addicted to it, I've been on it for four years. I do notice that if I don't take it for about two or three days my mind starts to get very blurry.

it's not an addictive drug, what you're experiencing when you miss a few doses is SSRI Withdrawal Syndrome. It's just your brain suddenly having much less serotonin than it had a few days to a week ago, it's not withdrawal like what addicts go through. An addict will go into withdrawal and want more of the drug they're addicted to. SSRI Withdrawal Syndrome doesn't leave you desperately wanting more Zoloft lmao, you just want the symptoms to go away
