Taking Lexapro and Wellbutrin together - experiences?

Anyone here take Lexapro and Wellbutrin together? I would love to hear your experience. I’ve been taking Lexapro for about 6-7 years and today got prescribed Wellbutrin because this year- my anxiety and depression has been horrible (when in the past, Lexapro was all I needed and I was fine) so I’m hoping this will be a combo with not many side effects!

I've been on Lexapro and Wellbutrin, I've got nothing good to say about either of them. That's just me though

I have been on Lexapro for 10 years. My Dr put me on Wellbutrin early this year and it helped me tremendously!!

Lexapro + Wellbutrin was my winning combo in a long slew of trial and error. Lexapro has unwanted side effects for me (but the most mild of similar meds) so I recently weaned to Wellbutrin only but I just wanted to give you one data point of it worked for me!! I find Wellbutrin more energizing so probably help with depression more than anxiety (but of course the two are inseparable so treating one is treating both). Lexapro gives me hot flashes at night.
