Experiencing Lightheadedness and Dizziness for Months

I have been experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness on and off for months maybe longer. I had what felt like a series of panic attacks recently my blood test showed mild hypothyroid then Hashimoto. Panic has stopped with 25mg of Levothyroxine but only have been seeing a PA - who didn’t think the ‘attacks’ were related. I’m still feeling off at times and it seems like it’s somehow correlates with meals - i sometimes feel like crap 45 min to an hour after I eat. Anyone have anything like this? I see an endocrinologist next week praying he says yeah it’s your thyroid here’s how we fix it - i dread a long road of trial and error with meds and diet.

Feeling tired after you eat sometimes is related to your blood sugars .. have you been checked for diabetes?

thank you - the annual physical bloodwork didn’t show signs of diabetes I guess.

Could be related to the foods you’re eating. Some dietary trigger. You wouldn’t know unless you did an elimination diet and then slowly reintroduced foods back to see which one is the culprit. Do some research on AIP- autoimmune protocol. It’s worked for me so far!

Yes! I can relate. I have severe anxiety and panic disorder that seems to correlate with my Hashimoto’s. I have random panic/dizziness and weird symptoms after meals such as anxiety and palpitations. I wish I knew the answer because I’ve been dealing with these issues for a year now after losing a pregnancy.
