Limited Access to Medical Treatment

I live in a limited area, cannot drive, and insurance doesn't cover the recommended treatment for my condition. My conditions have progressed a lot and I'm very disheartened and lost. What things out other treatments do you know of our have tried that have been helpful to you?

For executive function deficit? SAM-e. Life changer for motivation, makes things way less overwhelming. It's a supplement you can buy on Amazon, get a brand in a blister back. Try 400 mg per day. You should know within two weeks if it's working.

How expensive does that run? My neurologist suggested I try Alpha Lipoic Acid. The sheer amount of pills I've had to try is overwhelming.
