I started eating better when I started seeing myself as worth finer things than I was eating. I'd think of things I like and think of how I could bump up the health and veggies and still make it amazing. I'm not sure if u cook but cooking refined foods became a creative outlet where food before was sometimes just eating my feelings.

I'm currently on 3rd lung cancer diagnosis. Just retested yesterday and #s seem about the same from 6 most ago. However, saw "severe coronary calification". I've complained for few years about chest pain but they hook me up to ekg and say everything is fine. I do have 3 block arteries and blood is thick. Also got diagnosed with polycythemia Vera, blood cancer, where I'll see hematologist. My vascular Dr says at 68% nerve damage, not treatable till below 50%. Told I'm a walking time bomb for heart attack or stroke. I improved diet few years ago, take low dose aspirin, and starting physical therapy next week. I look for foods and health aids that thin out blood.
