Living with ADHD and Bipolar Disorder

Hiya! My nickname is Pinecone, I’m a 18 year old woman who’s about to turn 19. I got diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar disorder a long time ago. I stopped taking my medication that I was prescribed after a couple of years I was diagnosed with ADHD because it was having really bad side affects due to my bipolar disorder. I have not taken medication for my disorders since, and I have found that keeping me busy has helped a bit considering I no longer have access to therapy or a psychiatrist.

I have both ADHD and Bipolar 1 and being on both mood stabilizers and stimulants has changed my life. I understand where you are at right now - but I found that keeping busy (having 2-5 jobs at a time) for months/years was killing me and only encouraging the mania/ hypomania to present.
