I have a tumor on my spine in the c1-5 area that’s the area right around your neck and it has effected my walking. I also have NF1. Can you have surgery to remove it or decompress it?

Yes you can have Neurobrimatosis tumors removed with the right surgeon you need of process of biopsy to check if there develop for cancer first they very rare tumor to have them remove cause depends on the body where you have how close to nerve I was diagnosed with NF1 since young child n had more than 15 surgeries but once they removed they return much worse with pain . My surgeon is Dr. Jose Monsavais he world wide specialist for tumors removed he is very loving caring surgeon he now in Texas El Paso trying for him accept my medical insurance to do surgery on my back they painful can't lay down on my back . He is #1 health care will not nobody else only Dr. Monsavais . I recommend 👍
