Me too. The pain is so bad that it makes me utterly exhausted. Sometimes I’m so tired I can’t sleep at all. It’s a vicious cycle

Hi Tazzy Hi Jen nice to meet you both. I take Quetiapine 100 mgs to help me sleep. It also comes in 25mg, 50mg, and 100mg. I'm not sure about 75mg but it might come in that strength too. I started out on 25 then almost Immediately went to 50. Then after about 3 months I tried 100. All the doses put me right to sleep and kept me asleep all night. I take the 100 now cause if I don't I wake up all night long when I turn over in my sleep from pain. I love it! For years I've fought severe insomnia and when I could sleep I would constantly wake up in pain. Also this medicine my pharmacist told me is very safe, no side effects, and safe with other meds that I take cause I take alot unfortunately.
