I was diagnosed before the pandemic Sometimes I have esophagus spasms specially when I eat rice Spasms are painful the pain locates in the upper abdomen area Rice gets stuck and doesn’t want to move towards stomach and you start salivating a lot You can’t even pass saliva it’s very annoying Bottom line I avoid eating rice. I have also developed intolerance to low temperatures My feet and hands tend to get very cold even if the environment is not cold I feel cold. It’s an annoying disease, rare, no treatment or cure. But it could be worst so I try not to complain

my hand especially right hand get very cold too. Scleroderma can give you another disease that causes hands and feet to be cold. Please use socks, gloves and sweater. The goal is to stay warm and protect yourself especially hands and feet

I feel the same way. My symptoms started in my 30's, however, not diagnosed until 1 1/2-2 yrs ago. Thank God I became my own advocate and switched Drs.
