In my opinion the best way to change your diet and eat healthier is to start small! Start with something easy you know you can accomplish, and then gradually ramp it up. Like, if you don't normally eat vegetables, you could make a rule that one meal a day has to include vegetables. If you mess up don't beat yourself up, just try again. Then you could work up to every meal including a vegetable or fruit. Or, if you drink a lot of soda, you could start by reducing the amount, then gradually cut it out. Or you could start meal prepping instead of going out to eat. If you go gradually, it's easier to stick with, and you feel a sense of accomplishment and don't get overwhelmed. Also, try new recipes! Don't try to force yourself to eat salad if you don't like it, instead find recipes that meet your health goals but you also enjoy! There are a million awesome healthy recipes online.
