Living with Subacute Combined Degeneration of the Nervous System

I have subacute combined degeneration of the nervous system in the spinal area which scarred my spine. It's been this way since 2018 I had to learn to walk all over again .Still have to use a walker and sit every 5 min. I have aches from my arms to my feet burning most of the time some days more than others . They say all this was caused by lack of b12 at the time. My body autoimmune on me. Said it could take years for my spine to recover. Now in the process I have diabetes and high BP. I take Gabapintain bacoflen and metformin. It's hard to exercise with limited mobility. I only eat 1400 calories a day and still maintain weight from the immune disorder. Any other pain remedies out there?
