My heart rate is always so high when doing simple things, my O2 drops to 90 when walking up stairs or again doing simple things like making a bed. I have trouble breathing at times. Brain fog here and there, it takes me forever to remember something.

this sounds just like me. My heart rate slows but when I get up to do anything, it jumps way up. Im about to have another scat scan to compare my lung damage since January.

My symtoms are insomnia with sleep meds weak off and on. I have ear pain head pain ringing in my right ear. Eyes feel heavy sore almost. My teeth hurt from time to time. They say I'm mental by believing I'm sick with something. I have pain in my abdomin going for heart checks. Have bad heart pain not sure where it's from. They put me on proponyolol not sure if I spelled that correctly. My mom is coming this weekend cause no one wants to care for her. I'm just glad someone will be here with me in the mornings

Since I got Covid at the end of 2020, I would have the headaches, chills and acute shortness of breath all come back and sometimes stay for weeks. The worst part of it all for me is the fatigue. I feel like I haven’t gotten sleep in days. Approximately 9 months after Covid, the fatigue seemed to go away. Then I got Covid again 3 months ago and the fatigue is even worse. Any suggestions for the fatigue?

even if you dont feel like eating, stick to a healthy nonprocessed food diet. High protein and it doesnt have to be meat protein. I drink Naked Whey protein drinks.

I had Covid in December of 2020. I was so sickes for 3 weeks. Since then, and to this day, I have had issues with smell and taste, brain fog, fatigue, memory loss, balance, headaches and a few others. I have just learned to live with it! I don't care what anyone says, I truly believe all of these issues are permanent.
