Looking for Information on Hypermobile EDS

Hey! so since I was recently diagnosed with hypermobile eds I haven't really been informed on it more than very basics. I have a hard time reading/ studying like that. Does anyone have any suggestions of places to learn more about this condition? I really am grateful for my diagnosis since now I can get into a clinic I need, but never know how to explain it to people who ask what it is and I want to be able to tell them the most accurate information. It affects my life so much, so I feel dumb not knowing anything about it. IDK, anything will help. I really really appreciate it!!

If video is a good format Izzy Kornblau on youtube really helped me! She has it and studies it in school, and breaks things down really well.

I seek out the Ehlers-Danlos subreddit a lot. kinda like this app, full of people who understand you and your pain.
