Looking for resources on OCD

both my partner and their brother have ocd and have been trying to convince me to look into it myself to see if i might have it. they've explained that a lot of the things i experience are exactly like their ocd symptoms. anyone got any good resources on ocd? i want to try looking into it

Look up different types of ocd and see if they relate to you, it helps to know others go through it too. Also I like the youtube channel “OCD and Anxiety”.

I have OCD and it's changed a lot over the years. I've had different types of it through different points in my life. My past therapists gave me workbooks on it, but I don't remember the names of them.

Autism and Anxiety have a lot of shared and similar symptoms as OCD but they also are comorbidities so it wouldnt hurt to look. I would suggest to start looking at venn diagrams and similar resources of both shared and separate symptoms of all three, I have a venn diagram saved on my phone but I can't add pictures in this app so the best I have to offer is suggesting you Google it lol
