Losing Weight for Gender Affirmation

want to lose weight so I can feel more comfortable in more gender affirming clothing, my gut makes me feel extremely masculine.

My stepmom is a coach for a program that helps with well-being and weight loss, and I have a few tips that might help. First, cut out most of your carbs (especially anything that isn’t whole grain) and cut out fruit. Try to eat vegetables instead. If you eat 5-6 small meals instead of 3 large ones, it can help with your metabolism. I'm not a girl, but as a man I lose weight quickly when I consciously choose to change my diet or do just a little more exercise. I might work out but I don't know how to get into that.
