I would recommend 21 day fix which helps you ease into macros and their importance. I have … well everything. PCOS, endo, bipolar I, BPD, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, IIH, and insomnia. It is tough, but it can be done.

I'd love to know the answer to this! I've never had such horrible weight problems like I do now. And hormonal stomach fat will not budge for me

I've found sticking to a very strict diet helped me lose a lot of weight. Although it took me a while to learn what I can and can't eat. After awhile I always hit a plateau in my weight loss but by then I'm used to my new diet and I start exercising to help lose more weight. Unfortunately with my bipolar I go into very manic depressive moods where I start over eating and lose all my progress. I'm working on that though so hopefully I can keep my weight down. I hope this helps! Good luck with your journey!

I started exercising and I gained 5lbs. (Of fat, not muscle.) I have a feeling diet is the key, but food is how I cope.

I spent money at the gym, eating only veggies and fruits, did tons of walking, drink water only and was gaining up to 15lbs a week til I reached the max my body could.

Honestly, I am still trying to figure this out, but one thing I think has supported me is focusing inward first and trying to get a handle on myself mentally, because I feel if I don’t have a handle there, then so much I try can get easily derailed.

Yes mental stability helps but it's hard when you have a list of mental and physical trama

So I am working on anxiety and fatigue first. Anxiety I am learning about polyvagal theory and for fatigue, I’m working with an integrative doctor to see if there are things lacking that can be fixed with supplements etc.
