Low Heart Rates with POTS, EDS or Anxiety

does anyone with POTS or EDS or even anxiety get really low heart rates? I’m not sure what is causing this but i keep getting many alerts on my watch saying my heart rate has been in the 40’s for 10 minutes. i’ve been getting these like 3 times a day. Anyone else have this??

Hmm that has happened to me a couple times but I don’t really notice it, I only see it when I check my heart rate log for the day. Interesting that it goes so low so often 🧐 does it cause you any symptoms?

I have both EDS and POTS and where my heart rate at baseline is in the 140’s.. I do have episodes where I drop in the low 40’s and even up in the 200’s. I take a supplement called Saltstick Vitassium and a prescription medication called Atenolol…

The conditions you described are more associated with tachycardia, although there are some exceptions. To find the right reason, you should perform several diagnostic tests like ECG, Holter monitor, and echoc

I have that with my Apple watch!! I went to a cardiologist and they said that could be normal but it could also be an indication of other things like dehydration?
