I never take medications for anxiety. One day I was disabled by anxiety, extremely wired and could not sleep. I turned to YouTube and discovered a 20 minute YOGA NIDRA exercise. It has been absolutely helpful.

When anxiety strikes me I do positive self talk and ease myself out of it. Normally works though there are times it doesn't. As far as blood pressure goes, if you're a smoker like me, quitting smoking can help and try drinking more water. I'm 6'7" and 285lbs. At minimum I need to drink 8 bottles of water a day. I just fill up my hydro flask a whole bunch. I'm currently on meds for both anxiety and blood pressure. One day, I want to be off them both. Hope this helps

I sometimes take hydroxyzine 25 mg because at 50 mg it would make my heart flutter and I was taught by the EMS because I was having a really bad one thing I had a heart attack you said to smell the roses blow out the candle which means breathe in deeply through your nose exhale with your mouth and that seems to help once in a while and sometimes melatonin helps with the sleep I would start with 1 mg and let it wait for a half an hour

What I learned today is that keeping hydrated helps with anxiety they actually relaxes you and it also floors blood pressure

I meditate and do tai chi, both have been known to sometimes normalize blood pressure, and they are very good for anxiety.

The natural cure for high blood pressure is the combination of Potassium and Magnesium when the Salt/Sodium, Cholesterol and blood sugar is high in our bodies. Usually what can cause High Blood Pressure physically is high Salt/Sodium, High Cholesterol, High Blood Sugar and mentally is Stress/Depression. We hear from doctors that our Potassium is high, well the potassium help lower the high blood pressure naturally also with the help of Magnesium. We just need to add the food that has them in it into our bodies example: natural coconut water, any green veggies Celery, Spinach, Kale, cucumber, lime or lemon, ginger, half of green apple make it into a powerful juice and drink it twice a day of a 250 ml cup. If you ate to much Salty food well now you need to balance it with potassium and magnesium so your blood pressure wouldn't get out of control.
