Joint pain is incredibly common with fibro, i actually live with that same pain constantly. If you can, take a hot shower or bath and do some hip opening stretches and back lengthening stretches. It might relieve any tension your holding without realizing. If you smoke weed then definitely take a couple hits when laying down

I get hip pain sometimes. My hips also like to pop a lot. I find wearing lose pants/underwear helps. Heat. Stretching. I just find resting and hoping it goes away is the best thing. Oh or try pain creams. Blue emu, is great

Yoga has helped me a lot with stretching out muscles all around my pelvis. Also if I pinch my sciatic nerve, I move my hips around in a circle like SpongeBob.

Yuuup pretty much every day. As others have said, hot baths or heat pad helps a bit, and stretching/yoga. My PT has also been doing dry needling in that area, and it usually helps for a day or two. Still trying to figure out the best way to mitigate that pain though. My entire pelvic floor is all screwed up...

My hips always hurt, it's hard to walk normally and I "waddle" sometimes just to make it less painful. Using a cane to take some pressure off of my legs has been helpful though.

Daily walks help, even if it is just down the driveway and back. Good shoes with arch supports.
