Ok… first… you might want to go to your physician to make sure there’s not something else going on.. high blood pressure is basically a warning sign that something else in your body is seeking attention.. mine started when my kidneys went south… kidney disease runs in my family, So I was not surprised when I started showing symptoms.. I went to my doctor.. she put me on medication.. but I am on a journey to fix myself holistically… if possible… But just to let you know there are other reasons that high blood pressure occurs… but you can talk with you physician and they can explain.. or you can do like I did and research.. I have done a lot of research… one Dr I found on the internet is Dr Livingood.. check him out.. he has tons of great information….. I am overweight.. so am starting a weight loss program for my self eating things that he suggests.. I have been juicing for a while and when I do it consistently I feel sooooo much better.. but I have added several vitamins to my regiment, I found a gentleman on the internet that said if you take the juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1/2 t.cinnamon, and 2 Tablespoons of Chia seed mix with 2 cups of water and drink first thing in the morning you will feel sooo much better… which I did, and I do feel better.. I follow that as well… I have done so much research, and research each thing that I put in my body before I take it to see what the benefits are and what it does for my body specifically.. I have a lot of pain, so that is another reason for my journey…changing my diet has helped a lot…Dr Livingood talks about the importance of healthy eating, and has seminars that he shares, very eye opening.. most of it I agree with, but again I love to research, and have found things I don’t agree with.. so do some research.. find out what is best for you… I have seen so many testimonials from people showing that the right diet, and exercise, which I do… very moderate… and losing weight will help rid the body of a lot of problems… it’s not an easy fix by any means, something that you will have to decide for yourself how important it is for you to be healthy.. and doing that most of the time means a life style change… it was hard at first for me.. I switched to drinking water with lemon, or put cucumbers in my water,… both actually beneficial… if you get time read up on that as well… great benefits from drinking Apple Cider vinegar also check that out.. I take 1 Tablespoon in some juice twice a day.. helps with aching joints etc… All the things that I have explained have helped me on my journey to better health… but I truly encourage you to do your own research.. to find what is best for you… There are so many videos… tutorials… etc on YouTube.. netflix prime, etc … please if your interested and really want to get your health in check.. check these videos out, do lots of research, and find what works best for you… Hope this has helped at least a little to get you started… Hoping that every day brings you happiness on your journey to better health.😊

Less junk, less salt, eat healthy, exercise a must everyday. Good sleep and manage stress. I’ve lost 10 kg in the last 4 months and I’m trying to make lifestyle changes. It really helps with your mental health too.

I do 20 minutes of qigong and meditation each day and it keeps my blood pressure normal. Without it, my bp is 200/140 - with it - it's 120/80 or better. Tai chi seems to work the systolic better, while meditation effects the diastolic more.

I've been taking natural vitality brand magnesium and it's helped mine a lot. Deep slow diaphragm breathing (5 seconds in 5 second out for at least a minute is what I usually do) can help in in the moment.

It could be a metabolic issue. Have you had a blood panel recently? If not I would start there. One thing that can affect high BP is high cholesterol. Look closely at cholesterol panel. If you take meds they may need to be adjusted. Have doctor take a look.

Try CBD brothers gold oil. I’ve had to stop my hypertension medication after taking it for 10 years. The CBD oil does the job !
