Any suggestions on helping me get my A1C down. I can’t seem to get it lower than 8?

diligent adjusting. find patterns like if you run high at night, adjust basal for it. it's really the best thing you can do.

My blood sugars makes no sense. From day one I have been on a roller coaster. I have had diabetes for 30 years. I ate no carbs yesterday and my sugars ran high almost all day.

definitely talk to your endo then. you could have built up high insulin resistance and it's hard to get out of that for sure. i didn't get my own a1c down from a 7 until i had my dexcom and i could look at their clarity app and work off of that.

Most endocrinologists are useless. Never helped me. Now trying nutritionists specialized in diabetes.

My A1C is up to 8.4, I think he might have spent 5 minutes with me. ☹️
