Looking for Lupus Symptom Explanations

I was AnA positive in 2019 they ruled out rheumatoid arthritis so the next condition they thought it could be was lupus. I moved states and don't have insurance anymore so I haven't seen a doctor since. for those who have a diagnosis of lupus... could you maybe explain every little symptom that you have that is related to it?

Fatigue, migraines, low grade fevers, rash, joint pain, joint swelling, protein in urine, oral and nasal ulcers, photosensitivity (I get a rash whenever I’ve been in the sun), overall feeling unwell/malaise, night sweats, brain fog, I have peripheral neuropathy from the disease attacking my nerves, morning stiffness for 1hr+. I have several conditions with overlapping symptoms, but I believe these are all from lupus and not my other issues.

Most of my symptoms are basically the same as those ^. I also have stage 3 lupus nephritis so I don’t know if that makes a difference or not but I had major joint stiffness all over, fatigue, protein in urine, benign skin lesions (little white dots all over my body), a little photosensitivity (I get really fatigued if I stand in the sun too long), vasculitis/retinitis in my left eye , headaches on the left side of my head & the major symptom is chronic body pain all the time.
