when i first started taking adderall i couldn’t fight off the tired crash, but over time i adjusted to it and now i don’t really crash when the meds wear off. sometimes i would have some coffee in the afternoon or later in the day which helped, but sometimes it would mess up my sleeping so it’s not the best way. drinking green tea helped me somewhat, but i mostly just adjusted my sleep schedule and went to bed earlier for a month or two and then it evened itself out. also keeping busy with something as the meds wear off helped me stay awake (especially if it’s something you’re passionate about or something that excites you)

I’ve been on adderall since I was 7 (I turn 21 this year) and I’ve noticed the tiredness- or the crash comes and goes for me. I have days where I can just go and go and others where after 6 hours I have to nap. I’ve found if I’m doing something, or I have to do something it helps a lot. I also used to take a ‘booster’ dose mid day. So it’s worth asking your doctor
