Tips for Managing Anxiety and Stress During Adderall Come-Downs

hello :~) I was wondering if anyone had any tips on managing anxiety, stress, and related side effects from the in-between periods of taking Adderall (come-down, sleep and time management, etc.) I’m also currently a college student.

Can you help? Connect today

Honestly if you are feeling bad come-down effects that cause anxiety and stress maybe try a different ADHD med like vyvance or ritalin and see if those feelings improve :)

thanks for your input <3 I actually think I prefer taking adderall, as long as I feel like I’m on the right dosage and type (ER and/ or IR). I heard all meds to some extend have similar side effects for general anxiety but I was wondering what people did to cope or manage

Are you taking a long acting and an afternoon immediate release? That’s the ticket for me. But everyone’s different.
