The best way is to give your mind a break do something fun or listen to music walk away from the stress then go back to it when your ready to deal with it

Make a list of what you need to hey done so you have the achievement of crossing things off, manage your diet to give you as little fatigue as possible because fatigue=not getting things done=anxiety. I also recommend therapy if you can. Drinking non caffeinated tea has helped me on occasion. Exercise like walking and yoga, basically ones that you can do almost anytime, have helped me a lot when I was spiraling. Support systems, journaling, and finding hobbies that keep your mind busy have helped me a lot.
