Managing Anxiety and Stress: What to Do When You Don't Feel It

What do you do about anxiety or stress that you don't often feel? A lot of stuff I have I'll look up and its "you're stressed or anxious" but like... I feel fine? I mean mostly theres always those moments I'm actually anxious but its in the moment like typical things that stress people. What do you even do?

High functioning anxiety- that is my first thought. I *feel* fine but my anxiety is just ticking in the background. It makes me hyper aware of things and whatnot. I tend to do butterfly hugs (check out EMDR). I hope that helps!

I dont really think I have trauma or anything but the butterfly hugs thing definitely wouldnt hurt at least. Wish I wouldnt get so stuck at work when I have things to do though. Ive been better at accepting an overall unproductive day at least. Whats done is done, but we have tomorrow to do better.
