I deal with my anxiety by readying the bible. Here are some verses... Psalm 94:19. Matthew 11:28-30. 1Peter 5:7. Deuteronomy 31:08. There are great verses about anxiety. Get closer to God. Pray, give thanks. When youre giving thank you cant be in anxiety at the same time. Pray, God heal my mind, wash it, cleanse it, renew it. Drink tea, go outside barefooted on the grass for at least 30 min. Be true to yourself, forgive, hug yourself, hug your childself and tell your childself that it's ok, that you love your childself.

Sometimes I think of it as acting. I'm on the clock getting paid to do a job with a smile on my face. Hide my feelings and focus on rhe task acting like that's all I'm doing. Acting like I am ok and happy. Just act. Fake it till you make it! Just focus on what needs to be done acting like that's all that matters before clocking out. Leave and get in my suv, take a few deep breaths and put on music I love and genera that would be best to uplift me
