Oh! This has been on my mind. Yesterday I was with a friend. We sat outside of the restaurant because inside can be overwhelming. But we were on a busy street and I was wringing my hands under the table. I kept chasing the cars driving by with my gaze. She asked if I wanted to move and jt dawned on me....wow, im overstimulated and anxious! And j didn't notice it at all! So I told a few trusted friends to please call out a change in my body language if they ever notice it so I can get better at monitoring myself.
