Thank you, Kristin. I have felt very isolated since the pandemic, and it has done harm to my mental health. I have noticed people drifting away from me after several years of having a trusted relationship with the people who drifted away. Have you experience anything in your relationships with people? And I'm always here if you want to talk as well. My relationships have been more strained/stressed since COVID came. But I haven't had the best relationships with my parents.

But with 2 of my best friends.....our relationship has been unphased.

I stim most every night before bed in my sensory swing. Some kind of regular sensory therapy could help. Knitting also helps me. There are other things that people do, like coloring, singing, walking outside in nature, meditation, etc. Try looking up sensory therapy. 💕

Ive been managing mine since 2009 without a single ounce of medication. Just this year though i decided to start taking a natural supplement called 5htp. I love it. I still get some anxiety but it helps tremendously. Alot of people tell me that even thenselves being on prescription meds they still get anxiety.
