I highly recommend seeing a counselor. They can teach you tools so when you are starting to have anxiety you can attempt to manage your symptoms in different ways.

I personally haven't had good results without medication but if you're seeing a therapist regularly they might be able to help you further hang in there things are going to be ok

I agree with kodii. Knowing how to manage your symptoms while having a panic attack can be more helpful than taking meds

Breathing exercises, mindfully meditation, yoga, exercise, and grounding helped me.

I personally take medication for depression regularly and when I really stress I take benzodiapin sometimes. But I go to therapy and practice mindfulness daily to help myself as well. It is totally possible to manage anxiety without any meds, it will require hard work like doing meditation or other activities that help you stay balanced. If you want you definitely can do it !!

Exercise, stretching, breathing exercises, meditation. I haven’t mastered it but I feel better without being on meds. There’s just so many side effects and after a while your brain changes and becomes dependent on them which takes a while to reverse even after you’ve stopped taking them. I’m not saying don’t take meds. Just be cautious!
