I don't have episodes. I am stuck in this hel 24 7. But I take my meds everyday, therapists, caseworker, docs and friends. I have to eat gummies when I am extremely manic or my life is terrifying.

I smoke medicinal marijuana and take my meds but I’m in a constant state of nothingness.

I paint for hours at a time. I clean and cook. I’ll try to learn a new song on the piano or make a song

I'm under a lot of stress lately because we're moving, which is not our choice. My MIL passed in September, and the house 🚪 we currently live in was my MIL’s, but it was left in trust to my MIL and SIL after my FIL passed. My SIL has put the house 🏠 on the market, so we are packing up and getting ready to move out. Back in May, my SIL and BIL were here cleaning and clearing things out; well, ever since I was a little girl, I've hated people who touch my things; I had the attack because I felt like they were touching my stuff; it took me about 30 minutes to get myself under control it was such a scary feeling, my poor husband didn't know which way to go, I'm glad he chose to watch over my stuff than to come to me. He couldn't hug me any tighter after they left.
