Managing Cardiac Symptoms: Need Advice

Do you guys have cardiac symptoms? How do you manage them? I have issues with my heart rate a lot, like my resting heart rate was like 60 to 80 before, now it's like 40 to 60, but when I move around, even light exercise like walking puts me into the 120s. My blood pressure also has started creeping up. I used to sit at around 110/70, now I'm like 135/85. My doctors are optimistic that it'll get better with time and don't want to resort to medication yet, but I'm still really worried. I'm trying to exercise more to get my heart stronger and lower my blood pressure, and I've also been donating blood per my cardiologists suggestion.

It's been 6 months since I had covid and I've experienced these symptoms as well. I have not gotten medically looked at yet, but I have been told and researched that it is related to our nervous system as COVID is likely to cause damage or mess with it. What helps me is deep breathing, hydration, be as stress free as you can, and posture sometimes as well. How long have your systems been going?

I reached a peak in about May, when I saw my doctor for dizziness and they found my pulse to be in the 140s. The blood pressure issues have been ongoing.

I have tachycardia from long Covid. My cardiologist also noticed heart inflammation. I am not taking any meds but the rapid heart rate is due to autonomic nervous system dysfunction and I am currently trying to find ways to help
