Cusack protocol has been a lifesaver for me. I was extremely skeptical but once I gave it a chance and just introduced the last supplement in the protocol I have improved so much. In addition getting a AFO brace for my right ankle has allowed me to live normally without fear of injury. Hirudotherapy has improved the rate of my flare ups but thats a very controversial therapy.

Getting rest and taking my time, staying hydrated with water and electrolytes. Staying mildly active to avoid muscle loss. Taking hot baths and asking for a back rub when I'm in pain...👍

Do you have a certain brand that you would recommend? I've been looking but haven't been able to decide!

Do not feel bad if you ever feel the need to use aids either like a shower chair or a wheel chair or braces. They help us have a better quality of life and not use all our energy trying to get through the day 🙃
