Wow! Thanks bc this information is very helpful. I only know few medications and nerve blocks. My family also has a history of addiction, so I completely understand where you are coming from.

I’ve tried GMI multiple times and it just doesn’t work for me, but stretching the fingers and wrist is good bc it helps reduce swelling and stiffness. Do you have CRPS in your hand as well?

Heating pad!!! Also, I use cbd even though I don’t see an impact

I use physical therapy and a fish oil supplement! My pain no longer interferes with my life.

Heating pads, keep up with Pt even when it’s hard and painful, CBD, nucynta works okay for the pain but it can be expensive if insurance doesn’t cover it.
