I use a pregnancy pillow too! Mine is from Amazon, it’s a big C shape that I can form all the way around my body no matter how I’m sleeping. It is like having a little cocoon of structure and it’s seriously changed my life.

I have never slept comfortably. My entire life has been pain filled sleep or just. Pain insomnia instead. This changed that for me. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t say I’m fully comfortable in the way people without EDS are, but as comfortable sleeping as I have ever been in my life.

I cannot sleep without my pregnancy pillow. Ironically I didn’t get it until I was finished having babies. I love it though
