Managing Diabetes with Gluten-free, Lactose-free and Low Sugar Snacks

I am just 1 year told that I am Diabetic type 2 when I actually got diagnosed at 2 years old and I am 27 years old and my parents and family said nothing. Can I please have recipes for any snacks for Gluten free, Lactose free and limit Sugar or No Sugar. As I am trying to lose weight and manage my Diabetes by medication and diet.

That’s very good that you are doing what you can to take care of yourself, and not just relying on others. I can see how that can be upsetting that your family is not saying anything and that looks like they are not supporting you. But just something to think about maybe they don’t know what to say or how to act right now. People take bad news differently. So I think for now all you can do is concentrate on yourself and your care. They may come around later or they may not. But the important thing is your health and well being. If they can’t be there for you through this there are plenty of people here who can be.
