Okay you have to start with nothing but proteins. Almost like a keto's diet if you can. If you like eggs I start my morning with eggs. And prep. I buy the sausage already pre-cooked. I was on all kinds of medicine and insulin I take no medicine now and only 40 insulin as needed per day I put it in myself as I want it's on my belly just a pump not a permanent pump you take it off every day. And I am down to that only and I'm really going to try to beat this thing I do exercise 5 days a week and water will help you for the cravings. Now I love sweets and you have to remember you're worth it I buy the keto's ice cream so if I want a sweet I buy the keto's whipped cream so I can do that I also do cottage cheese if you like it with sugar-free jello. And sugar-free whipped cream altogether. I eat lettuce burgers 5 guys makes the best one if you can afford it I can delicious I am worth every penny of eating good health. If you're also trying to watch your weight look more for the vegetables then. I bought me 3 small small spaghetti squashe's I cut him up bacon and they are in my refrigerator so I'm having A Needle craving I can use them for substitute during the week. Last night I ate spaghetti but I was proud of myself you have to understand I was a person at 8 all the way up to bedtime right now I only eat up 2 7 PM I'm trying to bring it down toPM but now I don't eat anything after 7 PM But the amount is spaghetti I ate and I've learned if I have to do pasta eat 1/3 of a cup and if it's rice on 1/4 of a cup. Just put more sauce or whatever else you're eating and my best craving that I've been able to trick my body into and I do love it as I will take Call the flower frozen rice and let it defrost in the frigerator then take it out and drain it squeeze it real good I use a cheese cloth then I put bagel seasoning in it and mix it with cream cheese and make the little rice balls and then I put my favorite fish with your shrimp or tuna on top of it and eat my sushi and it is so good I don't feel like I'm missing anything I use the same kind of rice to make chicken and rice but I wait till the chicken's all cooking flavor the soup then I add the collie flower rice Into the soup the last 5 minutes it's delicious you really can't tell the difference
