Managing Epilepsy for 25 Years: Seeking Advice

How do you deal with your epilepsy? I had mine for 25 years and about to be 29 on Dec. 5th. A mom to a little girl.

Its hard for me, I'm always getting told I can't do this or I can't do that because of it and I'm 22.

yes, well... as far as I can tell, I have focal seizures and I don't know when I'm having one so it could happen anytime and I don't know, but I would say its been 6 mo to a year since my last one maybe more.
