Some days are honestly unbearable and today is one of those days for me. Of course check your blood pressure and heart rate. Sometimes some electrolytes can pick me up. Sometimes its just a bad day. When I worked I'd close my office door and lay on the floor during my lunch break. Now I don't work and I rest when I need it. I'm trying to push today but decided to lay down for a few hours. I find that helps the most but I know not always an option.

Following. Ik I have pots but my cardiologist says it's common so I don't need a formal diagnosis. I do my best to get 60oz of water and electrolytes in the form of drip drip. (grape is my favorite) I take salt tabs and that helps with the passing out. I also bought some really nice compression socks off Amazon to help with the pooling in my feet. If you want to chat I may be able to help some more.

ah I'm trying to always find an electrolyte powder safe for me and this one is clean. I gave up looking a few years back though. I usually do coconut water. Thanks for the recommendation!

Make sure you keep your salts and sugars up. When I start to feel dizzy the only thing that helps is something sweet and something salty. It doesn't fix it but it makes it more bearable. Don't be afraid to have a nap either

I found out I have a MTHFR gene mutation so I can’t convert folate to methyl folate required for energy. Taking methyl folate boosts my energy.
