Go to your dentist and get an Rx for compounded lidocaine. When all else fails numb your mouth up good and proper. Also, there is a mixture called ‘magic mouth wash.’ It numbs too. Have you tried oral prednisone? It work for me but then came roaring back. Earlier this month I went an autoimmune dermatologist. She could see that I’m in extreme straights and said first of all I needed some relief. Hallelujah! I wasn’t able to talk or eat or sleep…. She put me on immunology suppressant drug. Like they use for organ transplants. It’s calming my system down. I am doing better. 🙌 She indicated it was only a short term solution and I have to get my blood drawn every week to make sure my kidneys and liver are okay. I also have to watch my blood pressure. I go back next week for a check in. What meds have you tried?
